Speech & Language Therapy

Speech & Language Comprehensive Evaluation — $325
A full assessment of speech, language, and communication skills.

Articulation‑Only Evaluation — $200
Focused assessment of speech sound production.

Feeding Evaluation (Birth–12 months) — $350
Infant feeding assessment with family guidance.

Feeding Evaluation (12 months and older) — $400
Comprehensive evaluation of feeding, oral‑motor, and mealtime skills.

Progress Assessment — $150
A shorter assessment to celebrate growth, monitor progress, and update goals.

Optional Full Written Report — $150
Available as an add‑on to any evaluation.

Occupational & Physical Therapy

Occupational Therapy Evaluation (no report) — $225
A targeted assessment of fine motor skills, sensory processing, regulation, and daily functional abilities.

Occupational Therapy Evaluation (with full written report) — $325
A comprehensive evaluation including testing results, goal areas, and a detailed written report.

Physical Therapy Evaluation (no report) — $225
A focused assessment of gross motor development, strength, balance, and movement patterns.

Physical Therapy Evaluation (with full written report) — $325
A full evaluation with in‑depth analysis, standardized testing, and a complete written report outlining next steps.

Evaluation Range: $200–$400

Therapy sessions are one‑on‑one and focused on your child’s individualized goals. Each session includes goal‑directed intervention, caregiver communication, and home practice strategies to support progress between visits.
