About Amenah

Amenah earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Houston and went on to complete her Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology at The George Washington University in Washington DC. She is passionate about working with the early intervention population and finds it incredibly rewarding to support families during the earliest and most critical stages of a child’s language development.

Being bilingual has allowed Amenah to build stronger connections with families from diverse cultural backgrounds and ensure they feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their journey.

In her free time, Amenah enjoys spending quality time with her family, exploring new countries and cultures, getting lost in a good book, or unwinding in front of a great show. She’s also on a person mission to try as many matcha lattes as possible around the DMV - recommendations always welcome!

Amenah is bilingual in English and Urdu.
