Fun fact, new studies show that 100% of women in their third trimester have diastasis recti. Some recover nicely without ever knowing they had it and some struggle with how to return to their previous activities after having a baby. This workshop will bring attention to what is happening when you have diastasis recti and simple things you can do from day to day to improve your strength. This course is an information session that includes the key factors in helping heal from diastasis recti. This workshop with include information on the pelvic floor, the abdominals, posture and ways to move more effectively from day to day.
