About Shayna
Shayna earned her B.S. in Applied Developmental Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and went on to complete her M.A. in Speech-Language Pathology at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. She has a passion for helping children find their voice, with clinical interests in expressive language delays, articulation and phonological challenges, pediatric feeding and swallowing, and autism spectrum disorder. Shayna especially enjoys working with clients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. She values building strong connections with families and loves showing how communication skills can support everyday life in meaningful ways. When she's not working, you can find Shayna trying out new restaurants around D.C., traveling with friends, listening to live music, and taking barre and Pilates classes. You might spot her around the city on a scooter, heading to her next therapy session or a concert.
