About Tamar
Tamar received her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from The George Washington University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders from Ono Academic College in Israel. She works in early intervention and private practice settings. Tamar has experience working with children and adults with a range of communication needs, including speech and language delays and disorders, autism spectrum disorder, gestalt language processing, AAC, aphasia, hearing loss, and more.
She is especially passionate about working with autistic children and those with speech and language disorders. She takes a play-based, child-led approach to therapy and values close collaboration with families to create individualized, supportive environments that encourage meaningful and authentic communication.
In her free time, Tamar enjoys crafting, traveling, and spending time with her family.
She is fluent in English and Hebrew. I
