Feeding Evaluation (Birth–12 months)
Infant feeding assessment with family guidance.

Feeding Evaluation (12 months and older)
Comprehensive evaluation of feeding, oral‑motor, and mealtime skills.

Progress Assessment
A shorter assessment to celebrate growth, monitor progress, and update goals.

Optional Full Written Report
Available as an add‑on to any evaluation.

Occupational & Physical Therapy

Occupational Therapy Evaluation (no report)
A targeted assessment of fine motor skills, sensory processing, regulation, and daily functional abilities.

Occupational Therapy Evaluation (with full written report)
A comprehensive evaluation including testing results, goal areas, and a detailed written report.

Physical Therapy Evaluation (no report)
A focused assessment of gross motor development, strength, balance, and movement patterns.

Physical Therapy Evaluation (with full written report)
A full evaluation with in‑depth analysis, standardized testing, and a complete written report outlining next steps.

Therapy sessions are one‑on‑one and focused on your child’s individualized goals. Each session includes goal‑directed intervention, caregiver communication, and home practice strategies to support progress between visits.
